  complete the requirements prior to the course commencement;
• A Statement of Attainment will be issued upon successful completion of the course, and a High-Risk Work Licence will be issued by WorkSafe Victoria after lodging your Competent Notice of Assessment Online;
• This is a practical hands on. The practical component takes place on the purpose-built training centre;

1. Must provide one primary proof of photo ID (Keypass, Passport, Australian Drivers Licence);
2. Applicants must be aged 18;
3. Basic English, literacy and numeracy skills at a level sufficient to read and interpret workplace documentation;
4. Must have the physical capacity to undertake the practical training and assessment components.

In additon to getting a licence to operate a forklift in Victoria, you may upgrade your qualification to be a Nationally Recognised Training. (TLILIC0005 Licence to Operate an EWP over 11m)

If you are undertaking Nationally Recognised Training you will need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) that gives you access to your online USI account that contains all your nationally recognised training records. The main benefit of the USI is that you will have easy access to your training records and results throughout your life.

This is an entry level credential and can be used to contribute to other nationally recognised qualifications in Road Transport or similar (including, but not limited to, Certificate II in Driving Operations, Certificate II in Waste Management, Certificate III in Timber Building Products Supply, Certificate IV in Gas Supply Industry Operations).
